Your satisfaction is important to us at GroHub as we always aim to provide the best hydroponic products and service to all our customers.
If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from GroHub, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order, state your reason for wanting an exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated), and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused and in its original packaging.

Electrical items, such as ballasts, come with a manufacturers warranty (1-5 years depending on manufacturer), faulty items will need to be tested prior to an exchange or refund being issued, and in some cases, the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing. Grohub cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused by you (the customer) through improper use or neglect.
If returning a faulty grow lamp, please ensure its in the original packaging as this includes vital information with need in order to issue an exchange.
We can only refund on unwanted, sealed, re-saleable condition once it has been received back to us.
